Without a doubt, New Orleans. In the suburbs of London, on a Friday evening watch as people leave the local Underground or train station.

Make sure you know of any alleyways or nearby car parks and watch to see if desperate looking girls make their way there. It's a good idea to have a full bladder yourself, as you should then follow the girl after about 30 seconds and act desperation yourself.

Some concerts are good. The preconcert tailgate parties will give you more chances than you will get post concert. You have more time to look before the concert. After an event, most people are trying to just get out of the parking lots, there are very few tailgaters then.

You also have to consider lighting. Most concerts that are good for tailgating are held in the warmer weather, and are evening events. Even all day festivals go on until after dark. Darkness makes it a lot harder to see peeing.

From my past experiences, the best place for piss sightings is in the parking lots late at night after the clubs/bars close. For thos of you who travel internationally - any city where there are slums/poverty you'll always see people peeing in public.
