Q. Why can I not access the forums and galleries. I could before, but now I keep getting a message saying, "you do not have permission to view this page", every where I go?
A. You have most probably been banned from the community for breaking the rules, being abusive to other members, ignoring warnings from moderators etc. Your ban may last for just a couple of days, weeks, months or it may be permanent depending on the severity of what you did. All bans are final, and we will absolutely not enter into any discussion or argument about it. You will not be notified in any way to tell you that you have been banned, or that the ban has been lifted. If you pester us about it in any way, your ban will be extended or made permanent. This includes contacting us to enquire if you have been banned, asking why you were banned, asking when the ban will end etc.
Q. I am a gold member, but can not access the gold member areas?
A. Either your gold membership has expired, or you are logging into the community with the wrong user details. If you chose a different/new user name when you created your gold member account, a new user account will have been created for you - your old user account will not have gold status. Please login using the user name and password you chose when you created your gold member account. To do this first of all click on the log out link near the top of the page, then log back in with your gold user name and password.
Q. How do I cancel my gold membership?
A. Please login to your account at our partner site and use the cancellation link provided there to cancel your subscription to that site. Your gold membership will be canceled at the same time.
Q. How do I download and play movies?
