Did anyone see any good sightings at the Olympic parade in London yesterday? There were thousands and thousands of people cramming every part of the route. Many got there very early and were waiting around for hours, so must have needed to pee at some point.

I went with my family so didn't have any chance to really go looking, but even without going looking, I saw a few puddles in side alleys as we walked back to the station afterwards.

If I had gone on my own, I'd have looked to be stationed somewhere near an alley in an area where there was opportunity for most crowds, but as we went as a family, I'm afraid that we were just on the Strand, near a coffee shop that had a toilet. Therefore I didn't see anything first hand - just the few puddles that I saw afterwards.

Of course it wouldn't have been as good as some parades because it was in the middle of the day and alcohol and serious drinking wasn't generally involved.

Putting the pee element aside, it was a fantastic atmosphere and great to be able to see all the athletes up close. We went early so had a front row position which was great. Only downside was I spent most of the time waiting wondering about pee sightings and not being able to go looking for them.
